The Radiate Series explores the unseen energies that influence our lives, visualizing the spiritual dimensions often overlooked in our daily existence.From a young age, I have been highly sensitive to the emotions and energies of others. For a long time, I deliberately ignored these sensitivities, but I have now come to embrace them as part of who I am. I decided to channel these perceptions and energies into my art. The Radiate Series tells the story of doors that connect viewers to the unseen aspects of existence. It marks the first chapter of a new journey inspired by my life, following a period of profound meditation and self-cultivation.
Manifest Series
The Manifest Series presents stories that act as doors, revealing the unseen energies that influence our lives. This series draws inspiration primarily from the pure and powerful energy of nature, showcasing the vast and unique beauty of natural energy through vibrant colours. Particularly, the strength of the sea, wind, rocks, and earth in Newfoundland has deeply inspired this work.
Each piece begins by visiting places with resonant, beautiful energies, such as seas, mountains, rivers, and fields. Immersing myself in these natural environments, I enter a deep meditative state to capture the flow of energy. The process starts with sketching energy patterns on white paper with closed eyes using a pencil. These energy sketches serve as a blueprint, allowing for an organic and intuitive expression as I directly translate them onto the paper.
